Creating a Sequence

Name Your Sequence

Go to OMG Leads → Sequences → Create New. Give it a descriptive name like "New Lead - Demo Request".

Set Enrollment Trigger

Choose when leads enter the sequence:

Form submitted
Lead created manually
Score reaches threshold
Pipeline stage change

Add Steps

Build your sequence with these step types:

Timing & Delays

Wait Options

  • Wait X days/hours/minutes
  • Wait until specific day of week
  • Wait until specific time
  • Business days only (skip weekends)

Send Windows

  • Set sending hours (e.g., 9am-6pm)
  • Respect lead's timezone
  • Avoid sending on holidays
  • Optimal send time by past data

Best Practice: Send emails between 9-11am or 1-3pm in the lead's timezone for highest open rates.
